Drinking temperatures
The correct serving temperature is crucial for the proper
taste of the wine and therefore for your drinking pleasure.
We recommend serving wine at the following drinking
temperatures:
Wine type
Large Bordeaux red
Côtes du Rhône red /
Barolo
Large Burgundy red /
Bordeaux red
Port
Young Burgundy red
Young red wines
Beaujolais nouveau /
All white wines with little
residual sweetness
Old white wines /

Maintenance
Cleaning the appliance
Caution!

Unplug the mains power lead or switch off the
circuit breaker.

Use only clean water to clean the door seal, and rub
it dry thoroughly.

Use luke warm water and washing up liquid to clean
the appliance. The water must not be allowed to get
into the control panel or the lights.

Never clean the shelves or containers in the dishwasher.
The parts may warp.
After cleaning: plug the appliance into the mains or
switch on the circuit breaker.
Please note that, as with other types of storage, a small
amount of mould may form, depending on the kind of
label adhesive used. This can be remedied by carefully
cleaning adhesive residues off the bottles.

Never clean the appliance with a steam cleaning device.
The steam may come into contact with live electrical
components and cause a short circuit or electric shock.
The steam may damage the plastic surfaces.
