Avoiding risks to children and other
at risk persons
Persons at risk are:
H Children
H Persons whose powers of perception are physically
or psychologically limited
H Persons who do not have sufficient knowledge about
how to use the appliance safely.
Action required:
H Make sure that children and other at risk persons
have understood the dangers.
H A person responsible for safety must supervise or
instruct children and other at risk persons when they
are using the appliance.
H Do not allow children under 8 years old to use the
appliance.
H Supervise children when cleaning and servicing.
H Never let children play with the appliance.

Appliance damage

H Do not misuse the base, rails, doors etc. as a step or
support.
H Do not contaminate plastic parts or door seals with
oil or grease. Otherwise, plastic parts and door seals
will become porous.
H The appliance may not be taken to or used at alti
tudes exceeding 1500 m above sea level.

This appliance is intended solely for keeping wine and
only for domestic use in a private household environ
