Do not touch parts of the unit hous-

Allow the oven and accessories to

cool before cleaning.
When removing dishes from the cook-
■
ing chamber, always use dishcloths or
oven gloves.
Food that has been heated up in the
■
microwave is sometimes heated un-
evenly. The containers also tend not
to become as hot as the food inside.
Please therefore ensure to check the
temperature of any food thoroughly
and carefully, especially for children.
Before heating up baby food, please
■
remove the screw cap and suction
teat from the feed bottle.
Make absolutely sure to thoroughly
■
stir or shake baby food after heating,
then check the temperature of the
food itself!
Set the power level and time exactly
■
in accordance with the packaging in-
structions.
Never heat food or liquids in tightly
■
closed containers! These can explode
in the device or cause injury during
opening.
Shellfi sh and crustaceans, eggs in the
■
shell or whole hard-boiled eggs should
only be heated with microwaves if
they are heated in special containers
or if holes have been punctured in the
shell/skin before cooking. Otherwise,
such foods may explode, even after
microwave cooking is completed.

The inappropriate use of the device can
cause a fi re and damage to property.
In order to ensure suffi cient air circu-

lation, the prescribed minimum dis-
tances must be complied with (see
„Start-up" on page GB-12).
Only use containers made of micro-
■
waveable, heat resistant material.
Please ensure to closely monitor the
■
heating up or cooking of dishes con-
tained in fl ammable materials such
as plastic or paper containers. There
is a danger of ignition.
Do not place any objects (cookery
■
books, dishcloths etc.) in the cooking
chamber. Accidentally switching on
the device can cause damage or even
ignition.
Do not use the device to dry dishes or
■
clothing or to heat up hot water bot-
tles, slippers, sponges, moist cleaning
cloth or similar items. This can lead to
injury, ignition or fi re.
Never heat fl ammable objects or
■
dishes containing alcohol in the de-
vice.
Never use the device to fry or heat oil!
■
The oil temperature cannot be moni-
tored.
Do not use any baking paper or sim-
■
ilar items with the Grill or Combi
modes.
In case of a fi re or smoke in the cook-
■
ing chamber: Do not open the cook-
ing chamber door. Switch off the de-
vice, unplug at the mains or switch
off at the fuse box.
