9.7 Einbau eines Klimagerätes (Zubehör)
Wird von Ihnen nachträglich ein
Klimagerät bezogen, muss das
Gerät umgebaut werden.
Funktion
Grosse Abdeckhaube vor dem Fußgestell
entfernen
1.
Heben Sie die Abdeckhaube (58/5) vor dem
Fußgestell leicht an und ziehen Sie diese
dann nach vorne weg.
Liegenplatte demontieren
1.
Drehen Sie die Schlitze (59/7) der Riegel
mit einer Münze vertikal.
2.
Stecken Sie die Steckverbindung (59/11)
der LED-Beleuchtung an der Geräterück-
seite, fußseitig aus und führen Sie
Zuleitung unter der Sichtblende (59/12)
hindurch. Legen sie die Zuleitung mit dem
Stecker auf die Liegenplatte.
3.
Stellen Sie sich zu zweit, jeder auf einer
Stirnseite der Liegenplatte auf.
4.
Kippen Sie die Liegenplatte an der vorderen
Längsseite nach oben und heben Sie die
Liegenplatte gleichzeitig an ihrem hinteren
Aluprofil (59/9) an, bis das Aluprofil aus
der Führung rutscht.
5.
Heben Sie die Acrylglasplatte (59/1)
heraus.
Vorsichtig Hantieren! Beim Herausheben
nicht die Lüftungshauben zerkratzen.
6.
Nehmen Sie die beiden U-förmigen Stege
(59/5) heraus.
7.
Heben Sie die untere Acrylglasplatte am
Griffloch (59/4) heraus.
8.
Nehmen Sie kopfseitige Lampenabdeckung
(mit Filtermatte) heraus und stellen Sie an
deren Stelle die neue kürzere Lampenab-
deckung (59/6, ohne Filtermatte).
Kopfseitige (rechte) Lüftungshaube
demontieren
1.
Drehen Sie die zwei Schrauben 60 x 14
(60/6) vorne und hinten aus der kopf-
seitigen Lüftungshaube heraus.
2.
Ziehen Sie die kopfseitige Lüftungshaube
(60/5) komplett mit dem Stützstab
Richtung Gerätemitte.
Die Schnappbefestigung (60/4) löst sich
und die Lüftungshaube kann heraus
genommen werden.
Rechtes Verkleidungsteil (60/1) Fußgestell
demontieren
1.
Drehen Sie an der Halterung vorne unten
die Schraube 4,8 x 9,5 (60/2) heraus.
2.
Drehen Sie darüber die Schraube (60/3)
aus, die durch die Halterung in das Ver-
kleidungsteil gehen.
3.
Drehen Sie die EJOT-Schraube 60 x 14
(60/7), die durch den Befestigungswinkel
in das Verkleidungsteil gedreht ist, heraus.
4.
Lösen Sie die Muttern der beiden anderen
Schrauben DIN 933 M 6 x 12 (60/9), die
durch den Befestigungswinkel in das
Aluprofil gehen, leicht an und schieben Sie
den Winkel etwas Richtung Gerätemitte.
5.
Trennen Sie die Zuleitung (60/13) X 18 für
den Kopflüfter (60/12). Ziehen Sie das
kopfseitige Verkleidungsteil (60/1) vor-
sichtig nach aussen weg. Die Ausspar-
ungen der Verkleidung rutschen über die
Alu-Längsprofile des Fußgestells.

9.7 Installing Air Conditioning at a Later
Stage (Accessories)
If you order an air-conditioning
unit at a later stage, the tanning
unit must be converted.
Function
Removing the Large Covering Panel in Front
of the Base
1.
Lift the cover (58/5) slightly off the base
and then pull it off towards the front.
Disassembling the Bed Panel
1.
Turn the slots of the catches (59/7) to a
vertical position with a coin.
2.
Extract on foot side the plug-in connection
(59/11) of the LED-illumination at the back-
side of the unit, and guide through the
supply line below the screen (59/12).
Place the supply line with the plug on the
bed.
3.
Two persons should stand one at either end
of the bed panel.
4.
Tip the bed panel up at the front long side
and at the same time lift up the bed panel
at the rear aluminium profile (59/9) until
the aluminium profile slips out of the
guide.
5.
Lift out the bed panel (59/1).
Handle with care! Do not scratch the
ventilation hoods when lifting out.
6.
Remove both U-shaped rods (59/5).
7.
Lift out the flat acrylic panel using the
gripping hole (59/4).
8.
Remove the lamp cover (with the filter mat)
at the head side and replace it with the
newly delivered shorter lamp cover (59/6,
without filter mat).
Disassembling the Ventilation Hood (right)
of the head side
1.
Unscrew the two screws 60 x 14 (60/6) at
the front and back of the head side
ventilation hood (60/5).
2.
Pull the head side ventilation hood (60/5)
complete with support rod towards the
centre of the unit.
The snap catch (60/4) releases and the
ventilation hood can be removed.
Dismantling the Base Casing (60/1)
1.
Unscrew the screw 4.8 x 9.5 (60/2) from
the holder.
2.
Over that unscrew the screw (60/3) which
is screwed through the bracket into the
cover panel.
3.
Unscrew the screw 60 x 14 (60/7) which
is screwed through the fastening bracket
into the cover panel.
4.
Loosen the other two nuts of the screws
DIN 933 M 6 x 12 (60/9), through the fixing
bracket into the aluminium profile slightly
and push the bracket (60/8) towards
the middle of the unit.
5. Separate the supply line (60/13) X 18 for
the head ventilator (60/12). Pull away the
head side cover (60/1) carefully to the
outside.The recesses of the cover slip over
the longitudinal aluminium profiles of the
base frame.
