Faults

Error codes appear on the display to simplify localising of the fault cause
1)
(see separate manual) :
• If a fault occurs, the fault code flashes in the display.
• If several faults occur, the fault messages are displayed alternately.
• The fault remedy is acknowledged by pressing the START/STOP
button.
• If the fault cannot be eliminated, inform Customer Service – see
Page 2.

Troubleshooting
Inform customer service.
Fault Troubleshooting
Device not working. Maximum tanning time exceeded.
Device has overheated:
– Sunbed base: Check filter, clean
it if necessary.
– Canopy: Check filter, clean it if
necessary.
– Allow the device to cool down
and restart it.
– Check safety chain:
1. 3 x temperature limiters for fa-
cial tanner filter disks
2. Endswitch cover (canopy)
3. 3 x temperature limiters for fa-
cial tanner
4. Temperature limiter UV low
pressure lamps (canopy)
5. Temperature limiter UV low
pressure lamps (sunbed base)
Some of the lamps are Lamp or starter defective.

– Replace lamp or starter.
