Note:
If a part is missing or damaged,
please contact the vendor.
Assembly
– Pull off the ignition cable connector (18).
– Attach the wheel (1) to the axle and
tighten with screw and nut as shown.
Note:
The clutch cables must be clearance-
free in case of released clutch lever, however
must not be tight. It must be possible to push
down the clutch lever completely.
– Insert the drive unit for cutter (30) as shown
including V-belt (31) in engine housing as shown
(fig. 3).
– Secure the drive unit for cutter respectively
with spring (32).
– Pull the V-belt (31) onto belt pulleys as
shown pull.
– Insert sliding block (26) into the cutter
(11) (fig. 4).
– Fix the cutter (11) with sliding block (26)
with four screws (36) and nuts on the
drive unit.
– Mount the arm housing (8) and screw it
with two screws (28) on each side as
shown (fig. 5).
– Mount the protective cover (9) and fix it
with two screws (29) (fig. 6).
