when connected to the short yellow
interval of the radio LED, the planned
installation position for this device is
outside of the radio range which enab-
les it to be connected to the device in
the radio group.
This means that there is no other
smoke alarm device with radio link in
the range, which, directly or indirectly,
enables via signal forwarding (rou-
ting-repeating function) an access to
the device activated with the master
function or you have overshot the
connection mode time span available
for creating the radio group.
If the radio LED shows a red signal,
check whether the other smoke alarm
devices with radio links of the group
are (still) in connection mode displayed
constantly with a regular, long, yellow
interval of the radio LED. If this is not
the case, please follow the instruction
in section Expanding radio group/acti-
vating connection mode and „Repeat
connection attempt".
