 Please turn off the power and unplug the power cord.
 Please clean and dry the air filters, then reinstall them in the unit.
 Please disconnect the air hose from the unit and store it safely.
 Please place the unit in a carton and place it in a dry place.
 Remove the batteries from the remote control and store them safely.

Troubleshooting

Don't repair or disassemble the unit by yourself, unsuitable repair may make the quality-protected card in vain,
and even cause damage to the user or his/her possession.

Solution
Insert the plug into the socket and turn on the unit.
Empty the water tank. Please refer to the section
"Emptying of the water tank".
Close doors and windows, remove the heat
source.
Put the unit to the shade or draw the curtains.
Connect or clean exhaust hose.
Clean the blocked place.
Place the unit on a hard flat surface (reduces
noise).
Please turn off the device and restart it 30 minutes
later.
Please contact your vendor.
Empty the water tank. Please refer to the section
"Emptying of the water tank".
Please contact your vendor.
Please take out the SUNTEC H13-HIGH-
PERFORMANCE-COMBO-FILTER and add the
active carbon filter.
