If the use of the instrument involves risks which could lead to damage for
which Schiltknecht could be held liable, it must be ensured that
- the application and any dangers arising from it are reported to
Schiltknecht before using the instrument for the first time
- the regulations to be agreed with Schiltknecht regarding operation,
installation, maintenance and monitoring of the serviceability are complied
with.
