Product description
The HellermannTyton ShrinkPad 110 provides a fast and reliable process for the recovery of thin-
walled heat shrinkable products with or without an adhesive liner. The heat process takes place
through a direct contact method.
The key components are the two specially heated elastic pads, which encapsulate the shrinkable
product whilst transferring heat effectively with minimal heat loss.
The electrically heated and pneumatically controlled pads can process material to a maximum
diameter of 15mm and a maximum length of 110mm.

Das HellermannTyton Verarbeitungswerkzeug ShrinkPad 110 ermöglicht ein schnelles und prozess-
sicheres Schrumpfen von dünnwandigen, wärmeschrumpfenden Produkten mit und ohne Innenkleber.
Ermöglicht wird dies über speziell beheizte, elastische Schrumpfkissen in einem Direkt-Kontakt-
Verfahren mit minimalen Wärmeverlusten. Verarbeitet werden können Durchmesser bis zu 15 mm bei
einer maximalen Verarbeitungslänge von 110 mm. Das Verarbeitungswerkzeug wird elektrisch und
pneumatisch betrieben.
