Louis GmbH (hereafter referred to as the "Company") irrevocably from all liability
claims, losses, demands and any other types of claims (including legal fees)
in connection with the use of the device and undertake not to take legal procee-
dings against the Company for any physical injuries, damage or death or for
loss of goods and damage to vehicles, including your own vehicle, or any other
damage to third parties, regardless of the circumstances or conditions, and
to hold the Company harmless from any liability in each case. Furthermore, you
hereby accept that the Company is in no way responsible for physical injuries of
any kind, irrespective of the causes, conditions or circumstances, including mal-
function of the device. All the risks associated with the operation of the device
lie solely and entirely with the user of the device, regardless of whether the device
is used by the original purchaser or a third party. The Company hereby informs
you that this device could also constitute an infringement against local, regional
or national laws or provisions and that, howsoever you use the device, you do so
always and only at your own risk and your own responsibility.
