In the case of claims under the terms of guarantee, contact your sales outlet. There is a 2 year period of guarantee.

Solutions
− The USB telephone is not connected properly or is defective.
− The PC is switched on,
− A complete power failure has occurred.
− The required application is not properly installed or is not executed correctly,
− The provider is experiencing faults.
− Dial 00, 011 or + preceding the telephone number required.
− You have no more credit in your Skype account.
− The Skype status must not be set to Offline".
− Check the configuration of the Internet connection *
− Restart the PC.
− Ensure the ringing tone volume is not set to OFF".
− The Skype status must not be set to Do Not Disturb" if necessary.
− Check the configurations of the Skype options (Audio Devices).
