In Case of Problems

Should problems arise with the telephone, please refer to the following informa-
tion first. In the case of technical problems, you can contact our hotline service,
tel. 0180 5 001388 (Costs for call from German Telekom landline at time of
print: 14 ct/min; max. 42 ct/min from mobile phone providers). In the case of
claims under the terms of guarantee, contact your sales outlet. There is a 2 year
period of guarantee.

Some issues may simply be resolved by disconnecting the power to the
unit. In such instances the power to the main base station should be switched
off and batteries in the handset should also be removed for about 20 minutes.
After which reconnect everything to determine if this has resolved the issue.
