Starting and setting up HyperTerminal

The HyperTerminal application is a component of the Windows operating system
and can be found in "Programs/Accessories/Communication". Please see the
Windows operating system documentation for further details.
To start the HyperTerminal application go to: Windows Start
1.
menu/Programs/Accessories/Communications.
Create a new connection by entering a name (e.g. Update AR6111-MX) and

select an icon for the connection.
If a configuration already exists from a previous update you can press "Cancel"
and open the existing configuration from the HyperTerminal menu "File/Open".
In the next dialog select the COM port to use and confirm with "OK".
