1. Switch the power supply for the heatapp! gateway on.
2. Connect the heatapp! USB-LAN adapter from the installation kit to
the heatapp! gateway and the PC / laptop:
A Plug the heatapp! USB-LAN adapter into a free USB port on
the top side of the heatapp! gateway.
B Start the PC / laptop. Connect the heatapp! USB-LAN adapter
to the network port of the PC / laptop.
Shortly thereafter, the set-up wizard starts automatically in the browser
window of your laptop. If the set-up wizard does not start automatically,
enter the address
3. Follow the instructions in the set-up wizard.
After set-up the heatapp! gateway is successfully connected to the
customer network, the heatapp! base and the Internet if the LED on the
side heatapp! gateway remains a steady GREEN. Please refer to
section 5.2 "LEDs heatapp! gateway" to determine the meaning of other
conditions and for troubleshooting instructions.
4. After initial set-up using the set-up wizard, you enter the heatapp
gateway menu. Here you can register the heatapp radio modules
