Before washing the appliance always unplug it and de-
tach the blender attachment from the motor unit.
CAUTION! Never immerse the motor unit and
mains lead in water!
Use a dry, soft cloth to clean the motor unit section. Do
not use chemical solutions and cleaning products becau-
se these may damage the unit's surface and/or inscripti-
ons. Wash the removable section and accessories
(blender attachment, mixing beaker) with standard wa-
shing-up liquid.
CAUTION! Do not touch the blades on the blen-
der as they may cause injury!
The hand blender and mixing beaker are not dishwasher-
safe.
The blender attachment should be washed immediately
after processing highly salted foods.
Any food colourings used in the blended product may
discolour the plastic parts of the appliance. Should this
situation arise, wipe the discoloured plastic with vegeta-
ble oil before washing the parts. Any stains left by food
colouring are harmless.
