Possible cause
Out of fuel
Choke lever is in the wrong position
Engine flooded
Air filter is clogged
Vent hole in gas cap is plugged

Solution
Refill the tank and follow starting instructions.
Make sure the choke lever is in the correct position.
Refer to starting instructions
Remove the spark plug. Pull start 3–5 times. Replace and test.
Check and replace if necessary.
Clean the vent hole if plugged or dirty.
Check the pull starter and clean or replace if necessary.
Mix fresh fuel per instructions.
Check the spark plug and ignition coil and replace if necessary.
Check servo operation. Set it to neutral and reset the linkage according
to your radio and model manufacturer's specifications.
Return the carburetor to the factory settings and retune if necessary.
Check and replace the stop switch if necessary.
Check the piston and cylinder for wear or damage and replace if
necessary.
Refill the tank and follow starting instructions.
Check and replace if necessary.
Clean the vent hole if plugged or dirty.
Let the engine cool. Reset the carburetor to factory settings and restart.
Follow the instructions to increase idle speed.
Return the carburetor to the factory settings and retune if necessary.
Check the clutch for worn/broken lining or spring.
Mix fresh fuel per instructions.
Set the servo to neutral and reset the linkage according to radio and model
manufacturer's specifications.
Check the drivetrain for smooth operation/damage.
Look for damage or foreign matter locking the brakes.
Check for damaged driveshaft or diff. Replace as needed.
Charge the receiver battery.
Make sure binding is properly set up.
Check the connectors and reinstall if necessary.
Check the servo, brakes, and linkage for damage. Repair/replace/reset
the servo linkage to factory settings.
