4.3 Storage system remote access

You can also request data from your storage system
at any time by using your mobile phone or a
computer. To do this, you must have an Internet
connection as well as remote access and a network
connection to the system.
The storage system regularly sends its data to the
manufacturer's web portal via a secured Internet
connection. The menu display on the screen of the
computer or mobile phone is the same as on the EMS
screen. In addition to switching off the system, you
can carry out all of the actions that you would be able
carry out if you were using the machine directly.

Requesting data from the web portal

Prerequisites
The PV system with the storage system is registered

in the manufacturer's web portal.
– Only data from registered systems is always
available via a computer with an Internet
connection or a mobile phone with Internet
access.
– Only data from registered systems can be
requested at any time.

1. Log into the web portal using the access data
2. Call up the desired data
