2 Setting up the trackwork
2.1 The Baseboard
In order to enjoy trouble free operation, the
baseboard should be level, and free from
any dirt, dust, sand or carpet fluff (Fig. 1,
see page 7).
2.2 Clipping the tracks together
Lay out two pieces of track flat on the sur-
face of the baseboard (Fig. 2).
Gently push the two tracks together. The
rail joiners will hold the two pieces of track
firmly together (Fig. 3).
2.3 The track shape
Clip the track together to make up a small
circle of track (i.e. START-SET A) or similar-
ly, a larger oval with passing loop (i.e.
START-SET A + B) (Fig. 4).
