12-COOKING RECOMMENDATIONS
RECOMMENDED COOKING TABLE
A WHOLE PIZZA
• Bring the oven to 270-300°C, switch the fan on via the FAN SWITCH (5) and keep it at this temperature for an hour.
• Dampen the refractory surface with a cloth.
• Place a metal or glass bowl with water in the COOKING CHAMBER 10 minutes before entering the food to increase the moisture.
• Place the pizza on the refractory surface and close the COOKING CHAMBER DOOR (A).
• Remove the pizza after two or three minutes (depending on the topping).
