2-INTRODUCTORY INFORMATION

The cooking chamber is made of AISI 430 STAINLESS STEEL it can be completely disassembled and washed for maximum hygiene to
be maintained.
An external thermometer, placed above the door of the cooking chamber, indicates the internal temperature.
Average consumption to reach 300°C is 1.5-2 kg of wood per hour, equal to 40 to 60 minutes of cooking. The maximum temperature that
the oven can reach is 300°C; the structure can be damaged if this temperature is exceeded.
The EASY oven has been designed to be used with natural and aged wood. Any use other than that stipulated in this manual is to be
considered improper.
