1) Assemblaggio Trave
(vedi Fig.1, Fig.8÷11)
Prendere la trave (Rif.1 Fig.1), tagliarla e forarla come indicato negli allegati
Fig.8÷11 a seconda del modello che si deve realizzare.
Prendere il profilo (Rif.3 Fig.1) e la guarnizione (Rif.2 Fig.1), tagliarli a misura e
montarli sulla trave fissandoli ad essa con una vite M4x12 (Rif.58 Fig.1) come
indicato in Fig.5.
Infilare n°13 + n°6 viti M6x16 (Rif.11 Fig.1) nelle apposite corsie della trave.
Rispettando le quote presenti nei disegni Fig.8÷11 procedere con il montag-
gio del gruppo trasformatore (Rif.15 Fig.1), del quadro di comando (Rif.19 Fig.1),
della staffa (Rif.56 Fig.1), della staffa (Rif.20 Fig.1), del gruppo puleggia rinvio
(Rif.43 Fig.1) e dei fermi di arresto anta (Rif.10 Fig.1).
Per fissare i gruppi alla trave, oltre alla vite usare una rondella Ø6 (Rif.12 Fig.1) e
un dado (Rif.13 Fig.1) M6.
2) Montaggio Cinghia
(vedi Fig.1, Fig.4)
Prendere la cinghia (Rif.4 Fig.1) e tagliarne un spezzone della lunghezza indica-
ta nel disegno Fig.8÷11.
Chiudere l'anello utilizzando le apposite staffe (Rif.53 Fig.1) e (Rif.54 Fig.1), le viti
M4x10 (Rif.51 Fig.1) e le rondelle grower Ø4 (Rif.52 Fig.1)
Avvolgere la cinghia prima sulla puleggia rinvio e poi su quella del motore
(avendo prima l'accortezza di togliere i nottolini e rimetterli appena finita
l'operazione). Fissare il motoriduttore alla trave rispettando la quota riportata
nel Fig.8÷11.
Procedere al tensionamento della cinghia agendo sulla vite (Rif.44 Fig.1) dell'as-
sieme puleggia rinvio.
3.A) Montaggio Carrelli Per VisTA sL 2 AnTe
(vedi Fig.1, Fig.8÷11)
Tagliare il profilo supporto anta (Rif.59 Fig.1) a misura e montare i respingenti
rispettando le quote riportate a disegno (Fig.8÷11).Fissare i carrelli al profilo
usando le viti M8x20 (Rif.26 Fig.1), le piastrine (Rif.41 Fig.1) le rondelle Ø8 (Rif.25
Fig.1) (usare due rondelle nella vite che si fissa al respingente).
Montare i carrelli sulla rotaia e regolare la ruota centrale in modo che vada in
appoggio sulla rotaia superiore (Fig.8÷11).
Vincolare i carrelli alla cinghia nella seguente maniera:
- Portare le ante al centro in battuta una sull'altra e vincolare la cinghia al carrello
dell'anta SX con due viti M4x10 (Rif.51 Fig.1) e due rondelle grower Ø4 (Rif.52
Fig.1).
- Portare le ante in battuta sugli arresti e vincolare l'anta DX alla cinghia usando
le staffe (Rif.53 Fig.1) e (Rif.54 Fig.1), le viti M4x10 (Rif.51 Fig.1) e le rondelle
grower Ø4 (Rif.52 Fig.1).
Verificare manualmente che le ante compiano regolarmente tutta la corsa pre-
vista.
3.B) Montaggio Carrelli Per VisTA sL AnTA sinGOLA
(vedi Fig.1, (Fig.8÷11)
Tagliare a misura il profilo (Rif.59 Fig.1) e fissarlo ai due carrelli usando le viti
M8x20 (Rif.26 Fig.1), le piastrine (Rif.41 Fig.1) le rondelle Ø8 (Rif.25 Fig.1).
Allo stesso modo fissare la staffa (Rif.57 Fig.1) al profilo rispettando le misure
del disegno.
Vincolare le staffe precedentemente montate sulla cinghia al carrello usando
due viti M4x10 (Rif.51 Fig.1) e due rondelle grower Ø4 (Rif.52 Fig.1)
Verificare manualmente che l'anta compia tutta la corsa prevista.
4) Cablaggio
(vedi disegno Fig.1, Fig.7)
Montare i particolari (Rif.17 Fig.1) (solo per VISTA SL 2 ante) e (Rif.16 Fig.1).
Cablare la porta come indicato nell'allegato (Fig.7) e bloccare i cavi con due
fascette.
5) Montaggio Carter
(vedi Fig.1, Fig.5, Fig.5a)
Procedere con il taglio a misura sia del profilo (Rif.5 Fig.1) sia della cerniera (Rif.6
Fig.1).
Infilare la cerniera nel carter aiutandosi bagnando la gomma con dell'alcool.
Poi infilare allo stesso modo la cerniera sulla trave.
6) Montaggio Fianchi
(vedi Fig.1, Fig.5)
Fissare i fianchi (Rif.7 Fig.1) e (Rif.8 Fig.1) alla traversa con le viti 3,9x13 (Rif.9
Fig.1).

1) Assembling the Header
(see attached drawings Fig.1, Fig.8÷11)
Take header (Rif.1 Fig.1), cut and drill holes in it as illustrated in attached drawings
Fig.8÷11 depending on which model you are producing.
Take profile (Rif.3 Fig.1) and seal (Rif.2 Fig.1), cut them to size and fit them on the
header, fastening them on with a screw M4x12 (Rif.58 Fig.1) as shown in Fig.5.
Insert 13 + 6 screws M6x16 (Rif.11 Fig.1) in the relevant channels in the header.
Keeping to the distances given on drawings Fig.8÷11 , assemble the transformer
unit (Rif.15 Fig.1), control panel (Rif.19 Fig.1), bracket (Rif.56 Fig.1), bracket (Rif.20
Fig.1), driven pulley assembly (Rif.43 Fig.1) and door stops (Rif.10 Fig.1).
To fasten the assemblies to the header, use a Ø6 washer (Rif.12 Fig.1) and an M6
nut (Rif.13 Fig.1) in addition to the screw.
2) Assembling the Belt
(see Fig.1, Fig.4)
Take belt (Rif.4 Fig.1) and cut off a length as shown in drawings Fig.8÷11.
Close the loop using the relevant brackets (Rif.53 Fig.1) and (Rif.54 Fig.1), screws
M4x10 (Rif.51 Fig.1) and Ø4 grover washers (Rif.52 Fig.1)
Wind the belt on the driven pulley first and then on the drive pulley (making sure
you remove the pawls first and refit them as soon as you have finished the job).
Fasten the gearbox to the header, keeping to the distance given in Fig.8÷11.
Tension the belt by adjusting the driven pulley assembly screw (Rif.44 Fig.1).
3.A) Assembling the runners FOr 2-LeAF VisTA sL
(see Fig.1, Fig.8÷11)
Cut the door support profile (Rif.59 Fig.1) to size and fit the bumpers, keeping to
the distances given on the drawing (Fig.8÷11). Fasten the runners to the profile
using screws M8x20 (Rif.26 Fig.1), plates (Rif.41 Fig.1) and Ø8 washers (Rif.25 Fig.1)
(use two washers on the screw fastened to the bumper)
Fit the runners on the track and adjust the central wheel so that it rests against
the top track.
Join the runners to the belt proceeding as follows (Fig.8÷11):
- Move the door leaves to the middle so they meet and attach the belt to the LH
leaf's runner with two screws M4x10 (Rif.51 Fig.1) and two Ø4 grover washers
(Rif.52 Fig.1)
- Move the door leaves so that they come to rest against the stops and attach
the RH leaf to the belt using brackets (Rif.53 Fig.1) and (Rif.54 Fig.1), screws
M4x10 (Rif.51 Fig.1) and Ø4 grover washers (Rif.52 Fig.1).
Check the doors manually to ensure they travel the full prescribed distance.
3.B) Assembling the runners FOr sinGLe-LeAF VisTA sL
(see Fig.1, Fig.8÷11)
Cut profile (Rif.59 Fig.1) to size and fasten it to the two runners using screws M8x20
(Rif.26 Fig.1), plates (Rif.41 Fig.1) and Ø8 washers (Rif.25 Fig.1).
In the same way, fasten bracket (Rif.57 Fig.1) to the profile, keeping to the distances
given on the drawing.
Attach the brackets previously fitted on the belt to the runner using two screws
M4x10 (Rif.51 Fig.1) and two Ø4 grover washers (Rif.52 Fig.1)
Check the door manually to ensure it travels the full prescribed distance.
4) Wiring
(see drawing Fig.1, Fig.7)
Fit parts (Rif.17 Fig.1) (for 2-leaf VISTA SL only) and (Rif.16 Fig.1).
Wire the door as illustrated in the attached drawing and secure the wires with
two ties (Fig.7).
5) Assembling the Cover
(see Fig.1, Fig.5, Fig.5a)
Cut both profile (Rif.5 Fig.1) and hinge (Rif.6 Fig.1) to size.
Insert the hinge in the cover, wetting the rubber with alcohol to make the job
easier. Employ the same method to insert the hinge in the header.
6) Assembling the end Panels
(see Fig.1, Fig.5)
Fasten end panels (Rif.7 Fig.1) and (Rif.8 Fig.1) to the header with screws 3,9x13
(Rif.9 Fig.1).
