Routine inspections

To ensure a hygiene-conform operation of the HD compact enclosure
over the complete operational lifetime, regular inspections in intervals
depending on the degree of loading must be made. These inspec-
tions must be included in the maintenance schedule. Such inspec-
tions must check the following functions:
Locking mechanism
● Does the locking mechanism still operate correctly?
If not, replace the damaged parts.

Door seal and seals for attached parts
● Are these seals clean and without gaps in the closed state?
● Are they free from damage?
● Are liquids and dust effectively kept from the housing interior?
If not, replace the seal.
Housing surface
● Is it free from scratches and damage?
If not, remove the scratches by polishing the surface or replace the
damaged housing parts in case of larger damage.
