8.2.6. Channel list menu

The channel list is the place where you manage your channels. The EDIT CHANNEL LIST menu can also be opened
by pressing the OK button during operation (the CHANNEL LIST opens) and then pressing the green button
(ADVANCED).
In this menu, the following options are available:

Function
If you press the OK button, the following options appear for editing the cur-
rently selected channel:
WATCH: Pressing the OK button switches the device to the previously select-
ed channel.
MOVE: This function enables you to move the currently selected channel (or
all marked channels) to a different position in the channel list. Press the OK
button and then enter the new channel position with the number buttons.
Press the OK button again and confirm the subsequent prompt with YES. The
channel will be assigned to the desired channel position and all other channels
are shifted accordingly.
DELETE: With this function, you can delete the currently selected channel
(or all selected channels). Press the OK button and confirm the subsequent
prompt with JA. The channel with then be permanently deleted. Select NO if
you want to cancel this step.
EDIT NAME: With this function, you can rename the currently selected chan-
nel (or all selected channels). Press the OK button and use the  and the
56 buttons to select the desired character. When you press the OK button, the
new name is applied directly.
LOCK/UNLOCK: With this function, you can lock or unlock the currently se-
lected channel (or all selected channels). You can use the lock function to pass-
word protect access to certain channels. Press the OK button and then enter
the required password (on delivery: 0000). A lock icon will open after the chan-
nel name. Do the same to unlock the channel.
PLEASE NOTE!
To lock a channel, you have to know the password (Default pass-
word on delivery: 0000, it can be changed in the Einstellungen >
Kindersicherung menu).
ADD/REMOVE FAVOURITES: You can create up to four favourites lists
that you can call up later. If you press the OK button, you can add the currently
selected channel (or all selected channels) to one or more favourites lists. To do
this, select ON for the required list and then press the OK button (or EXIT). To
remove a program from a favourites list, select the OFF entry accordingly. If a
channel is assigned to the favourites list, a corresponding symbol appears after
the channel name. For more information, read the section "Opening the favour-
ites list" on page 21.
