Important: the probe constant must be re-entered after change of probe or after modifying
the probe's position .
The probe constant value may be checked by pressing the CST key. Press the
again to leave the constant setting mode if no change is necessary.
Reversed faces may now be measured by pressing the UP paddle to move the probe
upward. Once the probe is in contact with the inverted surface, both a green light and an
accoustic signal will be activated.

11.2 Measuring heights

Reminder:
- The green light comes ON and an accoustic signal will be heard when the probe
measurement is ready.
- The rear paddles make the probe move UP and DOWN.
- Paddle action is stopped when the probe touches the part to be measured.

11.3 Measuring upward

Make sure to enter the probe constant before any upward measurement.

11.4 Measuring diameters and centerlines

Enter or check the probe constant value before proceeding with diameter and centerline
measurements.

Press key to enter the diameter mode.
The diameter mode enables measuring of diameter and center of bores and shafts. It is
also possible to measure distance between centers.
Using the the low speed range facility enables fast and easy positionning of the probe for
multiple diameters and axis measurement, specially in case of small diameters.
Use the paddles on the back to move the probe UP and DOWN
until the probe is on contact with
