Warranty

The warranty period is 2 years for single shift ope-
ration or equivalent time with multishift
operation. The warranty covers manufacturing
defects. This warranty is only valid for machines
equipped with original spare parts.

Trouble Shooting

Problem
The motor doesn´t start.
The motor stops directly after
starting.
The motor is running but no
suction.
The motor is running but poor
suction.
The machine is blowing dust.
Abnormal sound from the
machine.

Warranty repairs must be performed by Dustcon-
trol or their authorized agent.
Unauthorized repairs forfeit this warranty.
Fault
The machine isn´t connected.
Thermal overload tipped.
Incorrect fuse.
The hose isn´t connected.
The hose is plugged.
The container isn´t fi rmly at-
tached to the bottom of the
cyclone
.
The pump rotates backwards.
A hole in the hose.
Plugged fi lter.
The hose is too long or too
small.
The hose is kinked.
The machine top is mounted
incorrectly.
Dust is packed in the cyclone.
The fi lter is perforated or de-
fecterd.
Particles in the pump.

Solution
Make sure connection.
Wait 5 minutes.
Change to correct circuit.
Connect the hose.
Find and remove block.
Secure the container.
Electrician should change
phases.
Change or repair the hose.
Clean or change fi lter.
Change the hose.
Check and free.
Adjust the mounting.
Take off the top and clean.
Check the fi lter and change if
neccessary.
