6. Protect the appliance from direct sunlight.
7. Do not install the appliance in a place where it may come in contact with water
or rain; otherwise the insulation of the electrical system will be damaged.
8. The doors must open completely and without hindrance.
9. Install the appliance on a level, dry and solid floor. Check the correct
installation with a bubble level.
10. Connect the appliance to the mains properly.
11. The nameplate is situated inside the appliance or at the back.
Do not use a socket board or a multi socket or an extension cord when using
220–240 V/50 Hz alternate current (AC).All electrical connections which may be
damaged must be repaired by a qualified professional.
All repairs should be performed by your authorized after sales service.
1. An electrical supply of 220-240V AC / 50 Hz is required.
2. Only connect the appliance to a properly grounded and dedicated socket which
is near the appliance.
3. For your personal safety, the appliance must be grounded. The appliance is
equipped with a 3-pole grounding plug. Use a suitable socket to minimize the
risk of an electric shock.
4. Check that the appliance does not stand on the power cord.
5. If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its
service agent or a similar qualified person in order to avoid any kind of hazard.
6. Check that the technical data of your energy supply meet the values on the
nameplate.
7. Your domestic circuit must be equipped with an automatic circuit breaker.
8. Do not carry out any modifications to your appliance.
9. Do not attempt to repair the appliance alone. Repairs carried out by
unauthorized persons can cause serious damage. Always contact the nearest
service centre and use original spare parts only.
10. Do not use any electric appliances inside the food storage compartments of
your appliance unless they are recommended by the manufacturer of your
refrigerator.
11. Do not put any heat-radiating appliances onto your appliance.
12. Do not put a water-boiler or vases onto your appliance. The electrical
components of your appliance can be seriously damaged by water over-boiling
or spilled water.
