The hollow wall mounting clips are
clipped on as shown above along
the external longitudinal sides.
Note: The clamping claws must
be screwed down completely when inserting the housing and must be
swivelled laterally into the body of the mounting clip. These then turn
automatically into the correct position when the screws are tightened.
Arrangement in accordance with the left-hand sketch
The four hollow wall mounting clips are first positioned around halfway along the
outside longitudinal sides. It is now possible to insert the assembly into the
hollow wall recess by lightly pressing together at the side. After inserting, the
mounting clips must be pushed into around the specified position (±5 mm) and
screwed tight.
Arrangement in accordance with the right-hand sketch
In this arrangement, one hollow wall clip is placed in the position indicated in the
drawing (±5 mm) on each longitudinal side of the housing.
The internal housings are then fastened in the external housing free of play with
the cover frame clipped on using the long set of fastening screws.
