The right page is the heart rate comparisons chart. It consists of collected common heart rate data,
just for reference, and you can adjust according to your own situation. After finishing setting, slid to
the middle page. If you don't wish to use this function, press the return button at the right bottom,
and it returns to the main interface. After setting pulse, pressing the "confirm" button enters into the
heart rate control interface, as in the picture below:
When the pulse reaches the set value, the treadmill issues warning and stops. (The
pulse test in the heart rate control interface is only for reference. It is not as accurate as medical
equipment, and you should use this function according to your own physical situation).
