IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

Basic precautions should always be followed, including the following safety
instructions when using the crosstrainer: Read all instructions before using this
equipment.
WARNING: Before beginning any exercise program consult your physician.
This is especially important for people who are over 35 years old or who have
pre-existing health problems. Read all instructions before using any fitness equipment.
Do not operate this exercise equipment without properly fitted guards, as the moving
parts can present a risk of serious injury if exposed.
• Before starting any exercise plan, we suggest you to consult your doctor.
• Please make sure all the bolts are locked tightly.
• Do not put the treadmill at damp place, it may cause damage. (We take no responsibility for any damage
or injury caused by the above reasons)
• Please wear sports suits and sports shoes before you start to exercise.
• Only do serious exercise 40 minutes later after meal.
• Do warm-up exercise to avoid injury.
• People who suffer from hypertension should consult the doctor before exercise.
• Children should stay away from this machine, to avoid injury.
• This fitness equipment is only for adults.
• Do not plug anything into any parts of this fitness equipment, or it may cause damage.
• Please place the treadmill on a clear and level ground. Do not place the treadmill on thick carpets
to ensure proper ventilation beneath the device. Also do not use the treadmill placing it by water or
outdoors. Ensure to avoid moisture. The treadmill power line is specific; if it is damaged, please purchase
replacement from a dealer, or contact the company directly.
• When you place the treadmill, do not let the treadmill cover the socket on the wall which is convenient to
plug in the power line.
• Never start the treadmill while you are standing on the running belt. After connecting the power, there
maybe a little delay first after which the running belt begins to move. You should always stand on the
treadmill side plastic non-slip rails until the belt is moving.
• Do not wear long, loose fitting clothing when you exercise as it could get caught in the treadmill. It is
recommended you wear running shoes or sports shoes with rubber soles.
• Do not remove the protective cover unless you need to open it for maintenance, and in this case make
sure to unplug the power line first.
• Keep children and pets away from the treadmill during operation.
• Namely when you use the treadmill for the first time, hold the handrails until you adapt.
• The treadmill equipment is made for this specific use, Please do not remodel or refit it for any other
use. If the treadmill suddenly increases in speed or speeds up continually, due to an electronic system
problem, please pull out the safety switch, and the treadmill will immediately stop.
