From year of manufacture
05/96: A 9 mm diameter
hole must be drilled into the
existing dummy cover. Press
the pre-fitted remote ignition
display into the cladding from
above.
13. Use adhesive to attach
two self-adhering cable secu-
ring elements as illustrated in
the lower inside area of the
heating cladding, and secure
the cable.
14. Use adhesive to attach
another cable securing
element to the base.

15. Plug the adapter cable
onto the automatic ignition
device from the rear (no need
to pay particular attention to
polarity).
16. Slide automatic ignition
into mounting in base plate
and clamp cable in cable
mounting in such a way that
strain relief is provided.
17. Connect the adapter cab-
le to the connection cable for
the remote ignition display.
18. Fit the Mignon battery
provided into the automatic
ignitor (12). Ensure the polari-
ty is correct.
19. Place the heating clad-
ding in place (take care to
ensure that the cable does
not get caught).
S 3002 up to year of
manufacture 05/96:
Suspend the cladding in the
top of the installation box.
Guide the operating handle
into the handle sleeve and
engage the cladding at the
bottom.
S 3002 as from year of
manufacture 05/96:
Place the cladding on the
lower retaining lugs (I). Guide
the operating bar into the
handle sleeve from below,
and engage the cladding at
the top. Push the operating
handle into position from
above in such a way that
the arrow points to the „0"
position.
