Zerlegen der Pumpe 210.04
1.Kreiselgehäuse durch Drücken an den Griff-
mulden vom Motorgehäuse abziehen; zuerst
mehr Zug im Bereich vom Pumpenausstoß,
dann leicht drehend abziehen.
2.Läuferbaugruppe aus Motorgehäuse
entnehmen.
3.Lager aus Motor und Kreiselgehäuse entneh-
men. Bei festem Sitz mit Hilfe der Antriebs-
welle von außen herausrücken; Lager sind
baugleich -> keine Verwechslung möglich!
4.Alle Teile gründlich mit Kunststoffbürste rei-
nigen; bei harten Verkrustungen in Essig-
lösung legen, danach gründlich mit Wasser
abspülen. Alle Teile auf Verschleiß und Be-
schädigungen prüfen, bei Bedarf ersetzen.
Disassembly of the pump 210.04
1. Pull the impeller housing off the motor
housing by pressing the grips - applying
traction in the area of the pump output, and
then turning slightly.
2. Remove the impeller assembly from the
motor housing.
3. Remove the bearing from the motor and the
impeller housing. In case of tight fit, use the
drive shaft to press from the outside; the
bearings are identical -> no confusion
possible !
4. Use a plastic brush to clean all par ts
thoroughly. In case of hard incrustations,
place in vinegar solution, and use water to
thoroughly rinse afterwards. Check all parts
for wear and damage; replace, if necessary.
Démontage des pompe 210.04
1.Par traction sur les systèmes d'accrochage
au niveau du bloc moteur, démontez la
chambre de turbine; tout d'abord avec plus
de force au niveau de la sortie d'eau puis
tirez avec une légère rotation
2.Extrayez l'équipage mobile
3.Extrayez les paliers du moteur. En cas de
résistance, appuyez par l'extérieur avec l'axe
du rotor. Les paliers sont identiques, il n'y a
donc aucun risque de confusion !
4.Nettoyez les différentes parties avec un
pinceau plastique. En cas de dépôts
tenaces, laissez tremper dans un peu de
vinaigre et rincez à l'eau claire. Vérifiez
l'usure de chaque pièce, effectuez leur
remplacement en cas de nécessité
