Einstellung der Leistung (1)
Die Leistung der Pumpe 210.04/210.041 kann
je nach Bedarf zwischen 200 und 600 l/h ge-
wählt werden. Bei Einsatz in TUNZE-Geräten
immer auf max. Leistung (600 l/h) einstellen.

- Höhere Leistung: Stellring im Uhrzeigersinn
drehen. (+)
- Geringere Leistung: Stellring gegen Uhrzei-
gersinn drehen. (-)
Lagerung
Sollen die Pumpen längere Zeit gelagert wer-
den, unbedingt reinigen, sonst Blockiergefahr,
z.B. durch Eintrocknen von Kalk- oder Schlamm-
ansatz.
Reinigung der Pumpe
- Pumpe regelmäßig gründlich reinigen, min.
1x jährlich. Bei ungünstigen Verhältnissen, wie
z.B. hohem Kalkgehalt oder starkem
Schlammaufkommen sind kürzere Abstände
(ca. vierteljährlich) nötig.
- Pumpe so reinigen, dass alle beweglichen Tei-
le sauber werden. Dazu gehört u. a. Kreisel-
gehäuse, Antriebseinheit mit Kreisel.
- Schmutz niemals mit harten Gegenständen
beseitigen, sondern mit Bürste, Pinsel oder
weichem Tuch, dazu Spülmittel bzw. Essig ver-
wenden. Spülen mit Wasser nicht vergessen!
Setting the performance (1)
The performance of the pump 210.04/210.041
can be set between 200 and 600 l/h as reques-
ted. If the pump is used in a TUNZE unit, always
set to maximum performance (600 l/h).

- Higher performance: Tur n the set ring
clockwise (+).
- Lower performance: Turn the set ring counter-
clockwise (-).
Storage
If you want to store the pumps for a longer
period of time, it is imperative that you clean it,
otherwise there is a danger of blockage caused
by dried lime or mud.
Cleaning the pump
- Thoroughly clean the pump in regular
intervals, at least once a year. In case of
unfavourable conditions, such as high lime
content or a lot of mud, shorter intervals may
be necessary (about three months).
- Clean the pump in such a way that the dirt is
removed from all moveable parts, which in-
clude the impeller housing, the drive unit with
impeller.
- Never use hard objects to remove the dirt, but
rather a brush or soft cloth with detergent and/
or vinegar. Never forget to rinse with water !
Débit réglable (1)
En fonction des applications souhaitées, la
pompe 210.04/210.041 possède un débit vari-
able de 200 à 600 l/h. Utilisée dans un appareil
TUNZE, cette pompe doit toujours développer
son débit maximum.

- débit maximum : tournez la bague dans le
sens horaire (+)
- débit minimum : tournez la bague dans le sens
anti-horaire (-)
Stockage
Dans le but d'éviter tout blocage par des dépôts
au niveau du rotor, il est indispensable de bien
nettoyer les pompes avant stockage sur de
longues périodes.
Nettoyage de la pompe
-au minimum, un nettoyage annuel complet est
indispensable. En cas d'utilisation dans des
conditions sévères (nombreux rajouts
d'hydroxyde ou forte sédimentation), un
nettoyage plus fréquent (tous les 3 mois)
pourrait s'avérer nécessaire.
- assurez-vous du bon nettoyage de toutes les
parties mobiles de la pompe, ce qui englobe
encore la chambre de turbine.
- n'utilisez jamais d'objets tranchants pour
détacher les dépôts calcaires mais préférez
les brosses, les pinceaux ou un chiffon doux
avec du vinaigre blanc. N'oubliez pas de rincer
la pompe à l'eau claire.
