2 Hazard information
Do not open the device: it does not contain any components that
need to be serviced by the user.
The device may only be operated indoors and must be protected
from the effects of damp and dust, as well as from solar and
other methods of heat radiation.
3 Function
This wireless infrared motion detector picks up movements made by
people and other warm-blooded animals. Decoding circuitry converts the
detected status into HomeMatic wireless commands.
The motion detector can be used in security applications and to control
lights.
