The COMfortel WS-R2/R4 are IP-DECT Multicell Repeaters.
The COMfortel WS-R2/R4 increases the range of a COMfortel
WS-Base multicell base.
The COMfortel WS-R2 provides a total of 2 voice channels and
the COMfortel WS-R4 provides a total of 4 voice channels in the
radio cell of the repeater.
Up to 3 repeaters could be configured per COMfortel WS-Base
(circularly around the base or in series).
For your IP-DECT Wireless System you will require the following
components:
COMfortel WS-400 IP/COMfortel WS-650 IP Single-/Mul-
ticell Server
COMfortel M-100/M-200/M-300 DECT handsets
COMfortel WS-Base Multicell Base (only for COMfortel
WS-400 IP Multi/COMfortel WS-650 IP Multicell Server)
COMfortel WS-R2/WS-R4 Multicell Repeater (optional)
The COMfortel WS-R2/R4 is designed to be used in closed, dry
rooms.
Important: You need these accessory components to set up the
COMfortel WS-R2/R4:
Repeater programming kit
ServiceTool (programming software)
