Requirements
– A repeater programming kit with the following components
Splitter
Adapter cable USB/RS-232 (COM port)
– A PC with installed ServiceTool programming software and
existing internet connection for the driver installation
– A wall-mounted power supply of type number 15.2189
– 230 V mains socket
Warning: Inappropriate use or incorrect replacement of the
power plug can result in a life-threatening electric shock, or can
damage or destroy the device.
Only use the wall-mounted power supply supplied with the
equipment.
Important: You cannot configure the COMfortel WS-R2/R4
unless you perform the steps in the correct sequence.
The following steps must be performed in exactly this
sequence.
Insert the splitter plug into the RJ-10 socket on the underside

Insert the wall-mounted power supply plug into the RJ-10
