faults caused during the transport (it has to be transported on the special pallet or

(e.g. by applying water)

faults caused by using the inadequate agents when cleaning the glass or by damaging

the glass with a mechanical impact (normally it resists to temperatures up to 750 ° C).

faults caused by natural disasters (fire, flood etc.)

faults caused by using an inadequate fuel

malicious mischief of the whole fireplace insert or its parts

faults caused by an inadequate fuel consumption, higher than that recommended by

the manufacturer in his manual

faults caused by an inadequate selection of the fireplace insert (heat output)

faults caused by the unadjusted chimney that is without a revision and sufficient

draught

spare parts it approved by the manufacturer

unauthorized modifications made on the appliance
