One-Key Coming Home

The Coming-Home function allows an automatic return of the model to the transmitter. In order the Coming-
Home function works correctly, you must place the model with the nose away from you on a flat surface
before you start.
During the flight, Coming-Home is activated by pressing the CH key of the app. Press the button, the model
now flies towards the transmitter. Once it has arrived at the transmitter, press the right joystick and land the
model.
WARNING: never activate Coming-Home if the model is not in front of you! If the model is on the side
or behind you, the orientation does not work correctly and the model can fly in the wrong direction - risk of
a crash!

Headless mode - Recalibration

The Headless mode is ideal for beginners to fly the model safely. In headless mode, the Quadrocopter al-
ways flys from the pilot's view. No matter how the model is in the air, the front is always away from the pilot,
left and right does not swap when the model is flying towards the pilot.
The Headless mode is activated by pressing the CF button of the App, the ALPHA-EGGs LED's starts flas-
hing to indicate the function. As long as the LED's flash, the Headless mode is active. Press the control lever
again to deactivate the headless mode.
Note: to make sure that the headless mode works correctly, the model must relacibrated if neccessary:
• Before you start place the model in front of you with a nose pointing away from you on a flat surface (fig.1)
• Now move both control levers into the lower left corner and hold them there for approx. 2 seconds (Fig.
2). The LEDs of the ALPHA-EGG start to flash, after approx. 2 seconds they light up again permanently
- the calibration was successful.
• You must also perform this calibration when the model is no longer stable after a hard crash or
immediately flips at the start.
