• A switch for fi tting a line terminal is present on indoor stations. Activate the terminal for devices wired at
the end of a line from which another section does not start from the device terminals (end of line):

POWER UNIT INSTALLATION
IMPORTANT: this device must be fastened to the wall as shown in the installation instructions to avoid
injury.
The power unit is suitable for fi tting on DIN bar (ten 18mm modules) or wall mounting with screws and bolts.
ACTIVATING THE SYSTEM
Perform the following operations in order after wiring the devices.
1. Set up the line terminals.
2. Confi gure the devices using the dip switches.
3. Switch on power and check voltage.
4. Check for presence of video signal.
5. Fit video door phones on brackets.
6. Run basic functional test.
7. Program the door units and/or the indoor stations when required after the steps above.

1. LINE TERMINAL SETTINGS
Refer to the previous chapter for correct line terminal settings.
2. DEVICE CONFIGURATION
DOOR UNIT CONFIGURATION
The door unit is set as ID 1.
INDOOR STATION CONFIGURATION
CODE: User code.
The user code must be set to 1 as shown in the following fi gure.
INT: Apartment station code.
Set a number from 0 to 3 as shown in the fi gure according to the following rules:
• The indoor station code must be 0 if there is one only station in the apartment.
• Up to 4 apartment stations can be connected in parallel using the same user code and different
indoor station codes.
The indoor station code is used to identify the single stations of the same user. This means that
intercom calls can be address to the single user in the same apartment.
Consider the following:
• Indoor stations 0 and 1 will ring immediately when the call is received. Stations 2 and 3 will ring
immediately after.
• Indoor station 0 will enable monitor switch-on if the call is from a video door unit. The button
can be pressed on any other indoor station of the same user to switch on the other monitor
("video switching" function).

3. POWER-ON AND POWER VOLTAGE TEST
Power the system and run the following tests with the system in standby conditions after carefully setting the
line terminals and confi guring all devices before fi tting the monitors on the brackets:
Ref. 1082/121 POWER UNIT
Check for direct voltage in the range from 28V to 33.5V on each LINE (0, 1) terminal pair.
DOOR UNIT
Check for direct voltage in the range from 28V and 33.5V on the LINE terminals.
Ref. 1082/51 VIDEO DISTRIBUTORS
Check for direct voltage in the range from 27V and 33.5V on the LINE (IN/OUT) and LINE (DER) terminals.
INDOOR STATION BRACKETS
Check for direct voltage in the range from 27V and 33.5V on the LINE terminals.
