(1) Connect your turntable, tape deck, CD player or other analog devices to the RCA input sockets of the
ADI-002P. Connect your digital audio device to the S/PDIF input socket of the ADI-002P.
If your turntable is equipped with a separat ground lead, connect it to ADI-002P's terminal to reduce
humming and pop noise. (Not neccessary for turntables with digital output).
Set the PHONO/LINE button according to the analog signal source. Activate the highpassfilter to cut
down unwanted low frequencies or noise of the turntable.
(2) Connect the ADI-002P to your computer via the USB port.
For recording, the ADI-002P does not require an additional sound card or driver installation and is
directly compatible with Win98SE/WinME/Win2000/WinXP and Apple OS9.1/OS.10/OSX.
(3) Determine the type of power supply.
Connect the connection cable of the power unit to the AC/DC IN-socket. Plug the power unit into your
outlet.
When connected to the USB port of your PC or MAC via USB cable, the ADI-002P takes its power
directly from the USB port and no external power supply is needed.
