With the POWER-switch, you can switch the device on and off.
(4) Sometimes it may become be neccessary to configure the ADI-200P as default audio device on your
computer. Usually, your computer does this setting automatically when the ADI-200P is connected but
sometimes your are required to make the set up yourself. The same goes for your software application.
These settings should be made while the ADI-200P is connected to the computer and powered on.
Select the following sound recording and playback settings:
WINDOWS 98:
WINDOWS XP:
or
MAC OS 9.1:
MAC OS 10+:
(5) After completing these settings, your computer will automatically reconfigure itself every time the
ADI-200P is reconnected. The computer's output signal can also be routed to your computer speakers
instead of the ADI-200P's USB Monitor socket. Select your computer speakers for „Output" instead of
„USB Audio Codec" in the setup procedures described above. This setting should be made while the
ADI-200P is connected to the computer and powered on. The computer will remember this setting every
time the ADI-200P is reconnected.
Recording software
There is a multitude of computer recording software available. We recommend you to do some research and
find a program that suits your needs.
If you would like to carry out a simple system test or work without any additional recording software on a PC,
you can use Windows Sound Recorder. This program allows recordings of analog or digital signals of up to
60 seconds in length. The recordings can be saved as .WAV files.
MACs offer several standard sound applications like Sound Studio, iMovie and Garage Band depending on
your machine configuration. The recording time is not limited and files can be saved in formats like AIFF,
WAV, Mp3, AAC, Apple Lossless, MOV, Sound Designer II or System 7 Sounds.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

We recommend a frequent cleaning of the device. Please use a soft lint-free and moistened cloth. Never use
alcohol or solvents!
There are no serviceable parts inside the device. Maintenance and service operations are only to be carried
out by authorized dealers.
Should you need any spare parts, please use genuine parts.
