DMX Mode

You can control the devices individually via your DMX-controller. Every DMX-channel has a different
occupation with different features. The individual channels and their features are listed under DMX-protocol.
Addressing
Depending on the DMX-mode, each EUROLITE LED CLW-100 flower effect occupies 2 or 10 DMX-channels
(default setting). If you select Mode "Ch10" for example, the device occupies 10 DMX-channels.
The Control Board allows you to assign the DMX starting address, which is defined as the first channel from
which the LED CLW-100 flower effect will respond to the controller.
If you set, for example, the address to channel 11, the LED CLW-100 flower effect will use the channel 11 to
20 for control.
Press the MODE button until the display shows ChXX. Press the ENTER button. You can now set the
desired DMX mode (Ch2 or Ch10) via the UP or DOWN buttons. Press ENTER to confirm.
Press the MODE button until the display shows A001. Press the ENTER button. You can now set the
desired address (001 - 512) via the UP or DOWN buttons. Press ENTER to confirm.
Controlling:
After having addressed EUROLITE LED CLW-100 flower effect lighting effect, you may now start operating it
via your lighting controller.
Please make sure that you don't have any overlapping channels in order to control LED CLW-100 flower
effect correctly and independently from any other fixture on the DMX data link. If several LED CLW-100
flower effects are addressed similarly, they will work synchronically.
Note:
The modes of DMX 512 data are shown via the display:
After switching on, the device will automatically detect whether DMX 512 data is received or not. If the data
is received, the the display will show "A.001" with the actually set address. If there is no data received at the
DMX-input, the display will show "A001" with the actually set address.
This situation can occur if:
- the 3 PIN XLR plug (cable with DMX signal from controller) is not connected with the input of the device.
- the controller is switched off or defective, if the cable or connector is defective or the signal wires are swap
in the input connector.

Note: It's necessary to insert the XLR termination plug with 120 in the last lighting in the link in order to
ensure proper transmission on the DMX data link.
