Problem
Liquid emerges from recirculation
valve (rear of unit)
Liquid emerges between the valve
shaft and valve block (only visible
when cover is removed
Erroneous dispensing volume
Reason
- Recirculation valve loose or
damaged
- Valve shaft loose
- Ejection unit loose or damaged
- Suction hose loose or damaged
- Suction, ejection and recirculation
valves loose or damaged
Solution
- Tighten recirculation valve firmly with
the assembly wrench or replace.
- Tighten nut on valve shaft firmly.
- Mount original ejection unit correctly.
Use only orginal ejection unit.
- Tighten suction hose firmly.
- Tighten the valves firmly with the
assembly wrench or replace if necessary.
Realize cleaning.
