CHECK THE CO CYLINDER

Automatic version: Check both safety indicators. If either of the green indicators is

instructions on the next page or the instructions enclosed with our rearming kits. Check that
the cartridge is in date
Manual version: Check the safety indicator. If it is missing, the CO

and must be replaced. Carefully follow the instructions. Refer to section Rearming or the
instructions enclosed with our rearming kits.
Baltic Argus automatic version: If the Baltic Argus automatic valve indicators shows red

in either window the lifejacket must be inspected or rearmed.
Baltic Argus manual version: If the Baltic Argus manual valve indicator shows red the

lifejacket must be inspected or rearmed.

DEFLATION
Automatic and manual version.
Place the cap on the mouth infl ation tube upside down. Press cap gently to expel air
cap in normal position before repacking. NB! No objects other than the cap must be used for
defl ation.
REARMING
BEFORE REARMING
WARNING! The following rearming instructions must be followed in the order given, otherwise
the lifejacket will not function. If there are any doubts or uncertainties, please contact agent or
manufacturer.
Use only Baltic rearming kit.

Rearming must be carried out with dry hands, in a dry environment and without the use
•
of any tools.
Place the life jacket on its back on a fl at surface.
•
Ensure that all air is expelled and that the cap on the mouth infl ation tube is in its normal
•
position.
Follow the instructions in this manual and the instructions included in the rearming kit.
•
The lifejacket is ready for use only when it has been armed in accordance with these
•
instructions.
Follow the following instructions carefully.
