STELLUNG IN ARBEITSSTELLUNG
ACHTUNG!
Beim Umstellen in die Arbeitsstellung
nicht in den Schwenkbereich
Mähbalkens treten. Zwischen Traktor und
Gerät darf sich

ARBEITSSCHRITTE
Absperrhahn am Hydraulikzylinder in
Stellung "A" drehen.(Bild 16).
Mähbalken hydraulisch bis zum Boden
abschwenken und
Schwimmstellung schalten.
1. Gerät bis zum Boden absenken.
2. Am Seil (S) ziehen und gleichzeitig mit
dem Schlepper
(Bild 14).
3. Das Seil (S) während der Rückwärtsfahrt
loslassen. Ist die Arbeitsstellung erreicht
rastet die Verriegelung selbsttätig ein.
(Bild 21).
4. Auf ordnungsgemäße
kontrollieren.
5. Sperriegel (1) aufklappen (Stellung "A")
(Bild 18). Der Sperriegel muß beim
Mähen immer in dieser Position sein.
Nur bei hydraulischer Mähbalkenaushebung.
WICHTIGE BEMERKUNGEN
ARBEITSBEGINN
Einstellung der Schlepperhydraulik
•
Das Hubwerk des
einstellen, daß sich der Bolzen "3"
(Bild 18) etwa in der Mitte des Langlochs
befindet. Dadurch
Mähtrommeln beim
Bodenunebenheiten folgen.
•
Der Anbaurahmen "A" soll dabei in
waagrechter Lage sein (Bild 19).
•
Schnitthöhe durch
Oberlenkerspindel "C" einstellen (Bild 20)
•
Die Hydraulikunterlenker so fixieren, daß
das Gerät seitlich nicht ausschwenken
kann. (Bild 21).

Changing from working
transport position is only to be carried out
on even ground.
When converting to working position, do
not enter the swiveling range of the
mower bar. No one is allowed to stand
between tractor and implement. (Fig. 10).
PROCEDURE
Put the valve on the hydraulic cylinder in
position "A" (Fig. 16).
Lower the cutter bar by hydraulic cylinder
down to the ground. Put the lever of
tractor's hydraulic
position«.
1. Lower the machine on the ground.
2. Pull the rope (S) while moving with the
tractor slowly backwords (Fig. 14).
3. When moving with the tractor backwords,
let the rope (S) loose. When the working
position is reached,
automatically (Fig. 21).
4. Always check lock is engaged correctly!
5. Swing safety catch (1) into position "A"
(Fig. 18). When mowing the safety catch
must always be in this position.

STARTING WORK.
Setting the tractor hydraulics
•
Set the tractor's lifting system so that the
bolt "3" is located approximately in the
centre of the slot to enable the mower to
follow the ground contours. (Fig. 18).
•
The attaching frame "A" must be in
horizontal position (Fig. 19).
•
Adjust the cutting height by turning upper
link spindle "C" (Fig. 20).
•
Fasten lower hydraulic links so that the
mower cannot swing
(Fig. 21).
