Special functions

This chapter describes special functions of the device. These functions may only be
available in certain device versions.
The NRA series provides an optional Ant-CTRL. With this connector a Narda antenna can
be connected, correction values can be read and the antenna can be controlled. The same
applies to the extension cord from Narda.
The individual commands to control the antennas and cables can be found in the NRA
Command Reference Guide under the heading "Antenna and Cable" and "Axis
Commands".
The NRA Series provides a 10 MHz reference input. With this reference input it is possible
to synchronize the internal reference clock with an external signal source. The external
reference source must comply with following parameters:
Z = 600 Ohm; U = 0,1 Vpp bis 3 Vpp, max 10 VDC. The external 10 MHz reference signal
will be connected over a BNC socket.

"Command Reference Guide" under the heading "Reference Input 10 MHz".
