Adding Additional Wireless Doorbells/Transmitters
To add a second, third, or eighth wireless transmitter, proceed as follows: Insert batteries into the wireless
doorbell/transmitter (see section on battery installation). Press and hold the button on the back of the chi-
me for 1–2 seconds until you hear a short beep. You now have two minutes to pair all desired transmitters.
Each transmitter must be activated once. Starting with the ninth connected transmitter, the first connected
doorbell will be automatically deleted.
Frequency Change
1. Delete existing connection: Press and hold the CODE button on the chime for approximately 20 se-
conds until you hear a double „DI DI" signal and the LED indicator flashes. The previously saved connec-
tion has been deleted.
2. Establish a new connection: Press and hold the CODE button on the chime for 2–3 seconds and
release it after the „DI" signal. → The chime is now in pairing mode. You can now pair additional wireless
doorbells with this chime.
Call Differentiation
When using multiple wireless doorbells or transmitters, you can differentiate calls by selecting different
melodies (see „Melody Selection") – e.g., front and back doors, apartment, or care room.
Using Multiple Sets on Different Frequencies
For example, to operate one wireless doorbell on the ground floor and another on the first floor, you need
two sets and set them up one after the other as described in „Initial Setup". The Heidemann coding system
automatically operates the second set on a separate frequency, preventing it from ringing when the first
set is in use.

Disposal
The crossed-out wheeled bin symbol indicates that this electrical or electronic device must not be dispo-
sed of with household waste at the end of its life, but must be taken to a separate collection point by the
end user. Free collection points for old electrical appliances are available in your area, as well as, where
applicable, other collection points for the reuse of the devices. You can obtain the addresses from your city
or municipal administration. Retailers of electrical and electronic equipment with a sales area of at least
400 square meters, as well as retailers of food products in stores with a total sales area of at least 800
square meters, who offer and make available electrical and electronic equipment on the market several
times a year or permanently, are also obligated to take back old electrical and electronic equipment free
of charge. When selling a new device to the end user, they must take back their old device of the same
type, which performs essentially the same functions as the new device, free of charge at the point of sale
or in its immediate vicinity. Similarly, upon request from the end consumer, the distributor of electrical or
electronic equipment must accept up to three used devices of each type, no larger than 25 centimeters in
any dimension, free of charge at their retail store or in its immediate vicinity. For sales via distance com-
munication, the distributor's sales area includes all storage and shipping areas. Please also check with
your retailer about local take-back options. If the old electrical or electronic equipment contains personal
data, you are responsible for deleting it before returning it. If possible without damaging the old electrical or
electronic equipment, please remove old batteries, rechargeable batteries, and light bulbs before returning
it for disposal and dispose of them separately.
Notice pursuant to Section 17 of the German Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act (ElektroG):
Distributors of electronic equipment are obligated to take back old electrical and electronic equipment free
of charge. When selling a new electrical or electronic device to an end consumer, they must take back the
consumer's old device of the same type, which essentially performs the same functions as the new device,
free of charge at the point of sale or in its immediate vicinity. Furthermore, even without the purchase of a
new device, at the end consumer's request, they must take back up to three old devices per device type,
with no external dimension exceeding 25 centimeters, free of charge at the retail store or in its immediate
vicinity. In the case of sales using means of distance communication, all storage and shipping areas of the
distributor are considered sales areas.
