10.4 Pitch control / calibrate RPM
Use the pitch control slider to:

Adjust the pitch by increasing or decreasing the record speed.
■
Calibrate record speeds at (33-1/3 and 45 rpm) by using the pitch control slider
together with the platter strobe marks.
1. Switch the POWER switch ON.
2. Select a platter speed by pressing the button marked 33 (33-1/3) or 45.
3. Press the PLAY button to start the platter spinning.
4. Adjust the PITCH slider so that the 0% platter strobe mark appears stationary.

The product is now calibrated to the selected platter speed.
5. When finished, press the PAUSE button to stop the platter spinning.
6. Switch the POWER switch OFF.
11 Play a vinyl record
Important:
– Before playback, lower the volume on your audio output device to avoid
damage caused by loud crackling noises from the stylus.
– This is a manual record player and you must lift the stylus off the record
when it reaches the end. This is to prevent damage to the stylus and the re-
cord.
– Do not touch the record or platter while the record is playing.
