1. Release the clamp and gently lift the tonearm off the rest using the handle on
the headshell.
2. Gently adjust the counterweight so that the tonearm balances horizontally.
3. Without adjusting the counterweight, rotate the tracking force gauge so that the
zero "0" is aligned with the groove on top of the tonearm.

4. Gently place the tonearm back onto the rest and secure it using the clamp.

(For beginners) the stylus guard is attached to prevent needle damage. Ad-
vanced users can remove it for more accurate results.
1. Set the force by slowly rotating the counterweight and the tracking gauge to-
gether. The manufacturer recommended tracking force for the supplied cart-
ridge is (2.5 - 3.5 g).
2. For more accurate results, use a turntable stylus force gauge (not included in
scope of delivery).
