Prior to the disassembly, be sure to remove the AC supply
cord from
a wall outlet and the input/output
rear of the unit.
Take out a cassette tape, if loaded in the
æssette
compartment.
REMOVAL
OF CABINET
From the cabinet, remove four screws two each at its right
and left sides, and one screw at its rear surface. Then take
the cabinet
off.

@ Lift up the front side of the bottom board, while press-

Remove

O Detachthe tape counter belt from the tape counter.

Remove two sockets from the main; P?W,board.
Then separate the mechanism

Push outward two tabS on the meter P.W. board holder,
and remove the meter P.W. board.

O Unsolder the two leads connected to the mäin P.W.
board.
@ Pull out two record levelcontrol knobs.
Remove two nuts from the record level controls.
Then the front
panel can be separated from the unit.
